Try again. Read step 2 run as administrator. The most important part of the report is not there.

Your two dumps both show error code 3B - usual causes are system service, device driver, graphics driver, ?memory. This is a hardware/hardware related error code. Both dumps indicate corrupt memory.

The first dump blames avgcsrva.exe which is the AVG Scanning Core Module - Server Part process which belongs to AVG Internet Security from AVG Technologies CZ, s.r.o..

Please uninstall AVG completely using this tool >Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you are using AVG Identity Protection, uninstall it also using this tool > Info > Tool. AVG is a known cause of crashes on some Win 7 systems, especially the security suite.. Replace AVG with Microsoft Security Essentials and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on. Reboot and run your system.

I also find an obsolete driver on your system. Windows 7 does not like older drivers and they can and do cause memory corruption.
    netr6164.sys Fri Sep 28 09:37:32 2007
    nvm62x64.sys Fri Oct 17 17:01:06 2008
nvstor.sys Wed May 20 02:45:37 2009 (ignore this one for now)
    VSTBS26.SYS Wed Oct 15 20:54:06 2008
    VSTCNXT6.SYS Wed Oct 15 20:52:22 2008
    VSTDPV6.SYS Wed Oct 15 20:57:45 2008
Update these drivers; they can definitely cause memory corruption and crashes.

    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

If you need help with these drivers, please post back.
