I've checked already your log -nothing special. There are only standards errors whom you can meet on many machines.

Many people reports some issue with Task Scheduler/perfmon are caused by 3p security software. So I suggest uninstall completely 3p security software and check results.

Maybe I'll try it diagnose in other way.

Download & run Process Monitor Process Monitor

Run Process Monitor and task manager (in processes tab choose "show processes for all users") and open Taks Scheduler, when it return error go to processes tab, find mmc.exe process, right click on it and choose "create DUMP file",save it anywhere, save also Process Monitor log as *.PML file, pack all to *.rar or *.7z format and upload on RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting

How big are they if you pack them to *.rar or *.7z?You can upload files to 500MB.
