BSOD, as well as possible explorer.exe and ExplorerFrame.dll problems

A couple of months ago I ordered a computer from a nearby city. After a few weeks I started to have BSOD problems during the startup, always when windows was loading. Startup Repair was unable to fix these problems, mostly because Startup Repair would crash during the process. Not long after the BSOD problems started I have lost all access to My Computer and everything similar. Every time that I try to open it I get an error message titled 'explorer.exe' with description 'Class not registered'.
To be able to run any programs I have had to open Task Manager and run them through that.
Windows 7 came pre-installed on the computer, although I am unsure as to wether it is a 64bit (this is shown when I run dxdiag to check the specs) or a 32bit due to the "BSOD - Posting Instructions" thread which states "Is Windows 7 . . . - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?". In My Computer it says 'Program Files (x86)' which I guess this is referring to. Im probably just confusing myself with my lack of computer knowledge but im not sure .

After reading some similar threads and running some registry cleaners it looks like I might have a few corrupt .dll files but im unsure of which ones or how to fix them.

I have attached the folder and html file asked for in https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html although I was unable to zip them up because I was doing everything through Task Manager *EDIT* lol due to the folder not being Zipped, im not able to upload it and the .html file failed as well =/, anyone got any ideas?

I have since system restored in an earlier date which may have fixed the BSOD issues but I am still unsure, however I do know that I am still unable to access My Computer due the explorer.exe error.

If any more information is needed to help solve this problem please just let me know, and thanks in advance for any help given.

If you can't open it, try this procedure instead:
Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy all of the dmp files to the desktop. Select all>right-click on one>Send to>New Compressed folder. Then attach the zip file to your next post by use of the paperclip icon in the advanced editor.
Also, please run a system file check:
Open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.
Run that several time, until you see it tell you that it no longer find any error or it give up and tell you unable to repair.

based on what you've described, I think the best option is to try Repair Install

    Regard,

    Tuan

    Thanks for the reply Tuan.
Im about to upload the folder with minidump files as well as the other folder and html folder asked for.
I ran the scan earlier today after seeing it suggested by someone else and im quite sure that it told me that there were no repairs that it could make, but I just tried it again then but I couldnt run the scan due to administrative issues. Anyone able to send me a quick reminder as to how to fix this?

Anyway, the files are there so if anyone could help me out or let me know if they need more information that would be great

If nothing else I could probably manage a repair install if it's necessary.

    Thanks again,

To resolve issue with administrator right, you got to right click when you open cmd and choose run as administrator.
I'm gonna get back to this shortly

    STOP 0xC0000221: STATUS_IMAGE_CHECKSUM_MISMATCH
Usual causes: Device driver, System DLL corruption, Faulty hardware in I/O path (a disk error, faulty RAM, or a corrupted page file), BIOS
Yes, please perform a Repair Install . Also, please don't play with registry, window 7 is new and it's not recommended.

    Code:
    BugCheck C0000221, {fffff8a0001fdb10, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!ExpSystemErrorHandler2+5ff )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
There are still lots more DMP, but with this error stop code and what you've described, seem like repair install is the best option.
After repair install, if problem still pursue, we will get to next steps of testing hardware or driver.

    Ok thanks so much.
Tried the scan again, it found problems but was unable to fix them.
I'll try a Repair Install tomorrow and let you know how it goes.
