    Hi,
Thanks. Yes - we have a router at home and I think that must have a firewall. I'll check and try MSE - will report back.

No doubt your router has a firewall.

    Thanks.

Have removed all Norton product, run Memtst as suggested.

Not so many BSODs now, but still getting them - attached is the latest mini dump

Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks again.

Could your Logitech webcam drivers be the cause? In any case, they should be updated.

    HI,

Thanks. The 2 HDs seem ok and show no problems.

Just updating the Logitech webcam drivers and will report back shortly.

    All the best.

If problems persist after updating the drivers then run Driver Verifier - Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Many thanks Reventon and Jonathan.

For the first time in a long time, my computer just worked this morning without have to go through a series of BSODs!

I updated the logitech driver and removed Norton, so it must have been one or both of those that sorted the problem.

Thank you both for your help - it has been superb.

    Hi.

I removed NIS and have also replaced RAM - the system has been stable for a few days now. I think it is once again ok!

    Thanks for your help.
