Windows weird crash

Hi guys,

I've experienced yesterday a strange situation. After a computer restart, windows starts normally.. until the login part. Then, I only have a windows explorer window and nothing else.. no desktop, no start button, no taskbar, nothing. I can still acces the task manager, the internet, I can see movies.. but when I close the explorer window I have only a black screen. Same situtation occurs in safe mode / with another user account.

BTW.. System restore is disabled.

Any ideas, please?
