FCB::Open failed: Could not open file e:\sql10_main_t\sql\mkmastr\databases\objfre\i386\MSDBData.mdf for file number 1. OS error: 21(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason: 15105).

The SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS) service terminated with service-specific error The specified resource name cannot be found in the image file..

This is for the volmgr

Hello ! Welcome to SF !

I think the Operating System 2 error is "The system cannot find the file specified." seems like either that LDF file is missing or corrupted. Go to that location and see if that file is present there. I think it's best to reinstall SQL that could fix this problem. Does you use SQL Server for Database service or some other Program uses that instance ?
