Windows 7 keeps rebooting

Hi ppls,
Just put my new pc together and it keeps rebooting after the first stage of install. It comes up to "windows screen (the one with the prety colours) and then just reboots.

Tried ram, video card etc. Could it be that my system is sucking too much juce for the psu to handle (the psu is from my old machine)
