No way to donate, except recommend us to others you know with computer problems. We are a volunteer forum, and while the thought is greatly appreciated, it wouldn't be right to accept.

Here is a tutorial for doing a repair install: Repair Install

You might want to test the new RAM. Even brand new RAM is faulty sometimes.

See this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Dell has diagnostics on most PC's, accessed by F12 at power on. Run a complete diagnostic and see if it turns up anything. Actuall run the full diagnostics more than once.

We have seen an occasional bad disk image load on new PC's too. A complete reinstall using the Dell recovery partiton seems to fix that too. F8 at power on (for Win7/Vista systems) will access the recovery partition.

Did you run Memtest for 7 passes? Did you receive any errors? Did you use Memtest86, as in the tutorial, or some other program?

Wait, if they did a motherboard chance, you may need to do a clean install. See this tutorial: Custom Install Windows 7

Also, do you have another video card you can try? Perhaps borrow one from a friend or rob one off another computer.
