Please help BSOD of windows 7 64bit

    Hi,
I have a problem with BSOD for my system. My system is:
    Windows 7 -64bit.
    CPU: Intel Core2Quad Q6600
    RAM: 4x2GB.
    GPU: ATI Redoen 4830
    HDD: WD1TB SATA7200
    Power Supply 550W

I tried to figure out by myself but I have no idea how to figure out the problem from the dmp file so I would like someone to help me to figure out my BSOD issue.
Thank you so much for your help in advance. Any suggestion and comment are very welcome.

    Thank you.

The BugCheck error code is 9F and the dump blames AgileVpn.sys. This driver is probably not the real cause. It is a Microsoft driver.

9F is a hardware/hardware related error code. BSOD Index The usual cause is a device driver

I found this driver on your system and it is a known cause of BSOD's.

    ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005

Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

Thank you, Jan. You are spot on.

Blilix, you can ignore secdrv.sys and spldr.sys. They are Microsoft drivers and there are no updates for them. You can also ignore amdxata.sys. There is not update for this driver. Those drivers dated 2006, 2007, and 2008 are very obsolete and need to be updated ASAP. Win 7 does not like older drivers. They can and will cause conflicts and crashes.

Post back when you have updated the drivers Jan listed and ASACPI.sys. If you need help with the drivers, please post.

    Hi CarlTR6 and Jan,

Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate it. I already upgraded the ASACPI.SYS with the 2009 version already. I checked the driver details and oldest driver I have now is wacommousfilter.sys (2/16/2007). I hope this can solve my problem. If I have any problem I will post it again and if you have any comment or suggestion please let me know. Thank you so much again.

Blilix, I urge you to update all of those obsolete drivers Jan identified, especially that 2007 mouse driver. These may well come back to bite you again.

Good job on updating the ASACPI.SYS driver. That was an almost guaranteed crash producer.
