BSOD for windows 7 32bit

Make sure you have set your system to create minidump:

Windows 7:
Go to Start and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select "Small memory dump (64 kB)" in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as "%systemroot%\Minidump" (without the quotes)
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.

If you are using any program such as CCleaner, they may clean out your minidump folder, please double check that

Can you keep using computer and upload more DMP in the future. With this DMP file, it's too broad to say what cause BSODs, it can be either memory corruption or device driver.

ACPI Virtual Power Controller Driver - Lenovo - Lenovo Corporation

I'm using Lenovo and I know this system is quite annoying if you don't update their driver, especially on window 7, it will keep dying.

Personally, I think It is driver issue, but let's test your RAM if you can:
Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

After doing that, if BSODs keep coming, please enable driver verifier:
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Using Driver Verifier is an iffy proposition. Most times it'll crash and it'll tell you what the driver is. But sometimes it'll crash and won't tell you the driver. Other times it'll crash before you can log in to Windows. If you can't get to Safe Mode, then you'll have to resort to offline editing of the registry to disable Driver Verifier.

So, I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).
