Hi,
This appears to be a disk error. So to start with - run a checkdisk.
START -> type cmd.exe -> Right-click -> run as admin -> type chkdsk /r /f -> Press Y at prompt -> restart computer.
Also, Kaspersky is a potential problem here so remove it ASAP.

Any order. Removing Kaspersky will take the shortest amount of time.
Running check disk at the moment
but what will I use for av if I get rid of kaspersky ???
Use Microsoft Security Essentials -> http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/
Idk it doesn't look to secure and kaspersky never gave me problems before.... Maybe I'll switch back to the 2010 version if anything
AV Comparision -> AV-Comparatives picks six malware removal winners
just finished check disk and started it up - so far so good but i will keep using to make sure
If it is fixed than THANK YOU VERY MUCH reventon and electrotune1200 for all your help
from what I saw check disk fixed a bad sector containing a DLL called System~1.dll or something like that
And now its asking me to update again (looks like the same ones as before) should i do it???
