BSOD on HP Laptop (Dump Files, Photo Included)

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BSOD on HP Laptop (Dump Files, Photo Included)


    Hi,
    I have a hp laptop dv6-3042tx and yesterday i got the BSOD, here are the attachments below from the "BSOD-Posting Instruction" and also i also attached a image of the BSOD itself.

    This laptop is x64, operating on Windows 7 Home Premium, running on OEM, the age of the system and OS is about 9 months.

    The cause of this crash was probably;
    Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS

    I would do the following to diagnose and repair it.


    1-Memory test
    Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

    2- A system file check
    Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
    To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
    SFC /SCANNOW

    3- update the old drivers


    Let us know the results

    Yep, I am doing that right now and also can you please tell me if this is right(look at attatchment) and also if needed due to defect parts, is a exchange of laptop needed?

    If your laptop is still under warranty you might like to seek advice from the manufacturer.

    Thank you for your help, and yeah i am going to call up hp tommorow and see if i can do anything if i can't i might exchange my laptop for the HP DV6-3078TX, for $5 more
