[Help locating cause] BSOD Windows 7 Pro 64Bits

I re-installed Windows because I got the Blue screen of Death. I know it's not the Windows itself. I formatted the C: and re-installed Windows, updated the drivers, nothing works. Windows is running normally at another system. I use a lot of external equipment because it's a PC for music production but I can't stand the Blue Screen anymore. I'm losing projects because of it. I want to solve this once and for all with help from you guys... It's Windows 7 64bits Professional.
    The exact message says:

Potential Cause: Reasons listed at beginning of report

Suggested Solution: Uninstall your current antivirus, with the applicable uninstall tool. Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials
Uninstall any virtualization programs such as Daemon or Alcohol 120%. They use a driver SPTD which must be removed with the uninstall tool http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads
Uninstall any programs that you have installed shortly before this problem began.
Test memory using memtest86. Run each stick for 6 passes and then take a good stick and test each MB slot http://memtest.org/
Make sure that you have enough space remaining on your Hard Drive and then test the Hard Drive at the website of the drive manufacturer.
    Run and antivirus scan
Uninstall old driver and install most current
    amdxata amdxata.sys Advanced Micro Devices
    Rt64win7 Rt64win7.sys Realtek
    RTKVHD64 RTKVHD64.sys Realtek
    jraid jraid.sys J Micron Technology

I have listed the potential causes and the possible solutions. Please follow the instructions carefully. When all the suggestions have been completed and you continue to get BSOD, please post. I suggest that you work slowly and carefully. Do a few at at time and then test the computer. If the problem is solved just let us know and you will not have to continue with the suggested remedies. In memtest test each stick separately for 6 passes; then test each slot. Take your time.
Did you remove the entire program ie Daemon, etc.

No, its a new computer. But the shop is not really nearby. I installed only Windows, Deamon Tools and my DAW for music production. And the regular drivers that came with it. But. In the beginning I updated the BIOS then, I got some problems. Tried to reset it but now I see I had to use a totally different jumper. Maybe that's the problem. I wait for the memtest.
