    Hi,

I don't understand what you meant by using old window 7? Are you having 2 Window 7 OS on the same computer?
If that is the case, go to Window.old in the Window 7 that you can get in, navigate to window.old-->Window-->minidump

Sorry if I miss understood u

If that is the case, go to Window.old in the Window 7 that you can get in, navigate to window.old-->Window-->minidump, zip all the .DMP files in there and upload it to forum

Do you have another partition on the same hard drive, or another hard drive with the other Win 7 OS on it?

If so, go to that drive, and go to Minidump and then upload the dumps.

May I ask you some questions:
-Have you recently install any new software, window update or drivers? Because you got that blue screen on boot, it can be caused by many thing including:

    • A new hardware or software has been improperly installed
    • You have recently installed a Windows update, generally a driver update, which is incompatible with operating system
    • The hard disk is infected from disk errors
    • RAM is faulty
    • One or more critical system files are missing or damaged

I thought that you could get into safe mode in case you have installed any new software, but you couldn't right? Therefore Can you check if you have system restore point that could make your system back to the time before you encounter that error?
    System Restore

    Also perform a Disk Check

That's something for you to try

    Regard

    Tuan

A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
    PROCESS_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

    Technical Information:
    *** STOP: 0x00000060
    Beginning dump of physical memory
    Physical memory dump complete.

Contact your system administrator or technical support group for further
    assistance.
