You are getting 0x124 bugcheck, which is often a hardware error. Because I see no software causes, I would advise some hardware tests.
Test RAM first:

Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using
Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 6 passes.
Are you doing any overclocking? If so, reset to defaults.
Test your temps while gaming, with Speedfan.
