Windows 7: Images do not show up with out opening. Please Help

ill open it up..ok then u know the little "loading" thing like a scenery before the pictures load and u can see them but here is what it does to me
It does this i have tried changing the default program it didn't help and i have tried several other solutions as well please help idk what to do....(its not just loading i left it for hours and nothing happens)

For anyone who also has or wants to know how to fix this go here please...so simple i cried a lil inside
