    The thing is, Packard Bell doesn't list any such model number on their support page. Everything has a number similar to the one a posted above. Have a look for yourself: Support Download

    Ther is a pw number on bottom of pc, but I wont be able to get to it till morning.

    The model number is pwu 36xxxxx
    As you said, not listed on pb site for some reason.

    Hi
    Just got in from work and the kids report there have been no crashes so far. Don't want to speak to soon but I'll keep monitoring and report back here the results.

    Just an update.

    Puter fixed, thank you very much indeed. Couple of times it has froze and restarted during boot up, but no BSOD at all. Was it drivers or Norton - not bothered, I'm leaving things as they are now.
