1-week old Asus Desktop and several BSOD already

Before I went through with the sticky, I just wanted to make sure if it was worth it. Possible that a 1-week old computer is worth fixing if it is already BSOD? Or should i just return it?

Thanks, Tom

This is an opinion. If you did not download any software, etc. I would bring it back. If my opinion, again, if you added nothing, it is probably a hardware problem. Disconnect everything but the monitor and keyboard and internet and see if you BSOD. If you do and you added no software, bring it back.

Only then...

BSOD using Asus Update on Asus Suite II
Whenever I click on the Asus Update on Asus Suite II it automatically gives me a BSOD. It then tells me to update the driver. I uninstalled Asus Suite II and installed the latest version from the Asus website. It still gave a BSOD when I clicked Update. A little bit about my comp: 64 Bit...

Shortcuts on desktop disappear after 1 week
I have a number of shortcuts to often used folders and drives on the work LAN set up on my desktop. Infuriatingly, these regularly disappear (I have not timed it accurately, but it seems to be after approx. 1 week)! I keep copies in another directory, so can replace them fairly easily, but it's...

I'm attempting to reimage my 18-month-old ASUS desktop pc. I have repair disk and system image disks from initial setup. I get to a point where the pc is looking for the source, but there is no option to look at the D: drive; pc wants to look to the network for the image. I can't figure out how to...
