Windows 7: Crahing Issue

Hi, have been running windows 7 since the beta came out
but in the last 4 days, my laptop (Toshiba a200) has been crashing everytime i start photoshop or try to run a malwarebytes scan etc. .
i have flashed my hdd, and installed a new os
and still have this problem
i would appreciate if anyone can tell me, if its hardware, and where the problem is, i dont expect it to be solved here, but i would like to know what to tell the laptop repair man
so please any advice



also i have 3gb ram and 2ghz processor
