    Try installing this driver: https://a248.e.akamai.net/f/674/9206...a32-64_wdm.exe

Let me know if you get an error, and we'll get you a different link.
Sorry I'm just in a panic and no that told me I did not have access. Also, it is telling me my Realtek HD Audio drivers are out of date too.

Could you post the relevant links for both as it would be a major help!

Thank you for all your time.

Thank you, that installed. Is it up to date now?

Also, could you find me the Realtek audio HD drivers?

    Sure, try here: Realtek

You want the Vista, Windows7 Driver (32/64bits) Driver only (Executable file).

Using Driver Detective it is telling me everything is up to date apart from my realtek audio however, I installed the one you linked me and I don't know if there is a more recent one for my model. Could you please tell me what I should do?

I want to thank Jonathan for stepping in and analyzing that memory dump and thank Tews for helping also. I thank you for following instructions and suggestions.

Please post back in a day or so and update us. If you are still BSOD free, we will ask the mods to mark the thread as solved
