The dump doesn't point to any specific thing, I haven't turned back to previous pages, however, I see this you haven't update this driver, it might be ok though, but it's always good to update it:
    Code:
    AGRSM AGRSM.sys Mon Nov 10 21:56:37 2008 (49184BA5)
TOSHIBA V92 Software Modem/Agere Systems Soft/Creatix V.92 Data Fax Modem
    Code:
    rtlprot rtlprot.sys Fri Apr 20 16:16:46 2007 (462884FE)
Realtke RtlProt WLAN Utility Protocol Driver
    Realtek

    Code:
    tdcmdpst tdcmdpst.sys Wed Oct 18 09:50:02 2006 (4535965A)
    Toshiba ODD Writing Driver (CD/DVD)
    Toshiba Support - Homepage

    Code:
    UVCFTR_S UVCFTR_S.SYS Tue Nov 27 17:38:34 2007 (474BF3AA)
    Chicony USB 2.0 Camera
    Untitled Document

If updating drivers seem hard, then enable Driver verifier again:
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Follow Ttran's advice and update those drivers. Obsolete drivers cause conflicts, memory corruption and crashes, especially thos edatedd 2006, 2007, 2008. Please let us know if you need help with the drivers.

Finding drivers is difficult for me although device verifier often stops my computer from opening and I have to boot into safe mode. Please could you give me direct download links for any drivers you feel necessary.

Turn Driver Verier off while you are updating drives.

Ttran provided the links in his post. Go to each link he provided, look for help and support or downloads, search for the driver. When you find it download the driver to your desktop.

AGRSM.sys - SoftModem Device Driver belongs to the software Agere Systems Soft Modem or TOSHIBA V92 Software Modem or Creatix V.92 Data Fax Modem by Agere Systems (www.agere.com). Try the Toshiba site first and if you can't find it there try the Agere site.

I doubt if you can find an updated driver for Chicony USB 2.0 Camera; but it is worth a try. If you can't, uninstall this camera; it is obsolete.

Let us know which ones you can find and which ones you can't.

    How To Find Drivers:
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page:

You need to upgrade and get a camera that is compatible with Win 7. Hardware and software that was made to run on XP is not going to run well on Win 7 unless the manufacturer has upgraded it to do so.

Download and run Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor: Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor - Download - Microsoft Windows

Post your results. I will help you with the drivers. I have some things I have to do. I will be back in about 1.5 hours.

Ok, very good work. :) Start with the programs on the first page that Update Advisor has no information on. The Advisor says update available. Go to the Toshiba search for each of these programs. When you find, read about the current version. Is it compatible for Win 7? Download and install the updated program. It will take some work and searching to find the updates. If the update is not available on the Toshiba site, go to the program manufacturer's site and search.

I notice that the camera did not show up. Did you have it plugged in before you began the scan? If not plug it in and run the scan agaon. See what Advisor tell you about the camera.
Before scanning your PC with the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor, be sure to plug in and turn on any USB devices or other devices, such as printers, external hard disks, and scanners, that you regularly use with the PC you're checking.
