Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 32 bit.
- the original installed OS on the system? No, vista.
I bought Windows 7 a while back. January time I think.
- What is the age of system (hardware)? 2 yearsish.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) I reinstalled the 'update' version yesterday to try and cure the BSOD but it did not work.

What antivirus and firewall are you running? I think I spotted McAfee. Uninstall McAfee using this tool >Info > Tool. McAfee is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.
I also spotted AVG. I suggest you install AVG. It is known to cause crashes on some Win & systems > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, remove it with this tool > Info > Tool
