HERE!

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 32 bit.
- the original installed OS on the system? No, vista.
I bought Windows 7 a while back. January time I think.

- What is the age of system (hardware)? 2 yearsish.
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) I reinstalled the 'update' version yesterday to try and cure the BSOD but it did not work.

ZIP FILE ATTACHED PLEASE PLEASE HELP!

There is still no dump file. Try this:

And make sure you have mini dumps enabled.

They were not enabled so I have set it to appropriate settings. Would you like me to follow those steps again?
I am currently uploading MEMORY.DMP to megaupload for you to take a look at. Thank you.

We need the dumps to even begin the analysis.

If you set it up, you do not need to do so again. It will save the dump the next time you have a BSOD.

Please, just zip up the file and attach it to your next post as an attachment...(paperclip icon) .. it makes it a lot easier for us...

What antivirus and firewall are you running? I think I spotted McAfee. Uninstall McAfee using this tool >Info > Tool. McAfee is a known cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

I also spotted AVG. I suggest you install AVG. It is known to cause crashes on some Win & systems >
Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, remove it with this tool > Info > Tool
