    (Unexpected) BSOD out of nowhere

    Hello,

I just had an awful BSOD encounter while peacefully surfing the web, and being the pessimist that I am, I expect this to happen again if I don't find out what's wrong.
I followed the instructions on how to create a dump file, and they are attached in this thread.

I am using Windows 7 Professional x64. (OEM, I think. It was free from the MSDNAA program.)
System hardware and OS installation about 8 months old. I keep my BIOS and drivers up to date.

If anyone with experience from BSOD issues could take a look at my files, I would be very grateful.

    /Pelle

    Hello and Welcome !

The Dump are pointing to tdx.sys i.e NetIO Legacy Transport Driver Interface (TDI) Support driver. Which is a part of Microsoft so most probably that won't be the issue.

Uninstall Duplex Driver sptd.sys use this link ofr reference DuplexSecure - FAQ . Then uninstall Kaspersky temporarily. Uninstall from Add / Remove Programs then run the Cleanup Tools Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab products

Update your Network / Wireless Lan cards because the driver that has caused to crash is related to Network. Check the below links Broadcom Corporation - Download NetLink Drivers or Broadcom Corporation - Download NetLink Drivers

If still the System crashes after doing all these. Then Enable Driver Verifier Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

    Hope this helps,
    Captain
