    BSOD while running Dawn of War 2


    Not sure what is causing this, but it happens consistently after playing the game for about 15-20 minutes.

    196.21, I was told to use this version as the one I had before apparently broke fan speed controls.

    This crash was probably caused by your video driver. I would uninstall it completely and install a fresh copy.

    I would also runn a system file check to verify your system files
    type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow (note the space between sfc and "/"

    Hey Zigzag, I saw your response to another thread on here, so I already ran the scannow utility, it came up with nothing wrong. I will try to reinstall the vid driver, the game is reinstalling from steam now, so if that was the problem hopefully it will be fixed.

    I didn't think it would be the vid driver as this isn't happening in any other game. I left Battlefield 2 running in windowed mode for about 30min while doing various stuff and it never crashed out.

    I also had the similar problem ..MiniDump files showing VS 2010 files..

    Still My computer retstarts


    Hi,
    I have re install video driver..
    My computer still get restarting while I working in VS 2010...
    Any other sollutions....
