Hello and Welcome !
Seems like lot of issues are going on. First thing i noticed is sptd.sys duplex driver which i well known for BSOD. I would recommend to uninstall it follow this article DuplexSecure - FAQ
Also it looks to me like it's an issue with AiCharger.sys - an Asus program named AiCharger (may also be a part of the Asus AISuite or ASUS Ai Charger). Then uninstall the current copy of the program and install the freshly downloaded copy.

I'm noticing that in the IRP, even though this is a minidump with limited data, there's what appears to be a symantec driver there (well, specifically Norton Internet Security). Would you be able to remove NIS and re-test? The "driver" that can cause an inconsistent power state doesn't always have to be an actual hardware driver - it can be (and looks like it may be) a *filter* driver, specifically a *network* filter driver, SYMTDIV.sys (NIS's TDI interface). | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Z400 workstation OS Windows Server 2008 R2 CPU Intel Xeon 3550 @3.06GHz Motherboard HP Memory 16GB DDR3 Graphics Card Nvidia Quadro 600 Sound Card Realtek ALC262 Monitor(s) Displays 2x Hanns-G HG281 Screen Resolution 1920x1200 Keyboard Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 7000 Mouse Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 PSU HP Case HP Hard Drives 1x Samsung 160GB SSD

Thanks for quick responds guys!
I followed your suggestions and removed the possible causes, and I am glad to announce that everything seems stable so far and I haven't experienced a single BSOD crash. Moreover, I left memtest running for the whole night, and did the hard drive diagnostic as well, which luckily ended without any errors.
Thanks again for help good people And if anything happens I'll let you now right away. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Pawel OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64 CPU Intel Core i7 CPU 920 D0 overclocked @ 4.2Ghz Motherboard ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 LGA 1366 Intel X58 Memory OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600Mhz (OC'ed) Graphics Card EVGA GeForce GTX 470 SC Sound Card SoundMAX Audio Onboard Monitor(s) Displays ASUS VH242H Black 23.6" LCD PSU CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W Case Antec Nine Hundred Cooling ZALMAN CNPS9900ALED 120mm for CPU,200mm top fan,120mm x3 Hard Drives Western Digital Caviar Black WD7501AALS 750GB |
