    BSOD Windows 7, help !

My windows 7 (64 bit) crashes with Blue Screen of Death randomly. Here are the system specification

System: Lenovo Idea Pad Y550 laptop
    OS: Windows 7, 64 bit
    CPU: Core 2 Duo T6600
    RAM: 4 GB (2x2GB)
    Graphics: Nvidia GeForce G210M

The OS came pre-installed with the computer. However, I repartitioned the hard disk and re-installed by pressing the Lenovo One Key rescue button.

Here is the BSOD dump (and `performance monitor') as a zip file. Any help resolving the issue is highly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Uninstall fully, with uninstall tool, Zone Alarm. This seems to be the cause of your problem.

    UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
    If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
            use .trap on that value
    Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
    Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000008, EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT
    Arg2: 0000000080050031
    Arg3: 00000000000406f8

Wow, this is the second one I've seen today - KB 981180 is what you're running into.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have installed hotfix (KB981180)- and waiting to see if there are any more crashes. If that doesn't work either, I will try uninstalling Zonealarm.

That hot fix compensates for the conflict with Windows and Zone Alarm. I think that you will be ok.

Just my personal choice, I would use Microsoft Security Essentials as my Anti Virus, and malwarebytes and use the Windows Firwall. Work great together.

It seems the problem has been solved with the hotfix. There were no BSOD for last 24 hours.
