BSOD on Startup

When I start the computer, before windows loads, I'm required to press F1 to continue. After that, Sometimes the computer will stay on the screen that says "Windows Starting". Now it wants to BSOD during the loading process. I also get BSOD when playing a game called Guild Wars. I had the first set of RAM replaced and the new set is only 5 or 6 days old. I have ran memtest86 on each piece of RAM individually and together and no errors at all, each completed 5 passes. Please help me. The computer is new, only two months old.
OS= Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Installed about a month ago.

You do know you have driver verifier enabled correct?

You should probably turn it back off to see if the DMP's continue
