Event 41, Kernel-Power freezes

Hi guys,

More and more recently, I have been receiving Critical status logs on Event 41, Kernel-Power This has been happening for a while, but it started from once a month, to twice, three, and now in this month alone it is at 8. Therefore, it appears to be progressive.

So, I've read some other threads with this problem and I've noticed that asking for a .dmp of the file is nice to have, however, I'll state that I cant exactly find where the most recent one. All i have are two .dmp files of the first freeze that happened to me. (Attached is the first freeze inside of a .rar)

Anyways, for computer specs:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255)

System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. System Model: EP43-UD3L BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM Available OS Memory: 4094MB RAM Page File: 2345MB used, 5841MB available
Windows Dir: C:\Windows

Might anyone be able to tell me what the problem is?

Thanks in advance folks~
