help me please guys im young and dont know what to do

Ok i recently installed windows 7 say 3 days ago on my computer and all hell has broken loose firstly it would BSoD and say bad_pool_header but i read on the internet that it was a bad driver so i deleted a suspicious looking update and i haven't had a bad_pool crash since then but the problem now is that i get another BSoD saying reference at random, i cant even shutdown, before the computer powers off it goes into BSoD

Its late here and you have a lot of dump reports. You are going BSOD many times
For now, this driver has to be replaced

    Tmcomm.sys file description
    Productname: Trend Micro AEGIS
    Description: TrendMicro Common Module
    Company: Trend Micro Inc.

Go to the company website and replace the driver.
There are many dump reports and if someone else does not come by I will continue tomorrow. But in the meantime replace that driver.

    REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)
    Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000, Object type of the object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg2: 8830a928, Object whose reference count is being lowered
    Arg3: 00000001, Reserved
    Arg4: 881d3d40, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object’s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

After you install the new driver, test the computer, with luck it will be ok.
    Post the results.

Given how 3rd Party AVs cause a lot of BSODs on Windows 7 systems how about you uninstall Trend Micro for now.

Removal Instructions -> How to uninstall my Trend Micro program using the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit

Install Microsoft Security Essentials instead -> http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/

Reset the Windows Firewall to its default settings -
START -> type firewall.cpl -> press ENTER -> select Restore Defaults (on the left)

Definitely follow Reventon's advice and get rid of Trend Micro which has been responsible for many problems.

    Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.
