Cursor goes dead

    Cursor goes dead


    If I leave my laptop running and leave the room - at least half an hour - when I come back, I can move the cursor across the screen, but it doesn't activate anything when I try to click on it. I have to force a restart to gain control of the screen again. Any suggestions?

    If it does not work in safe mode, go to device manager and make sure that you have the most up to date driver. Check at company website

    If it does work. Test with a clean boot.

Do I have dead RAM?

Puts new RAM into machine. Power on. No beep, no POST or startup. Something's wrong with that RAM stick. Can it be repaired? Before, my computer crashed with the RAM installed. It would never Power on again as long as that RAM was installed. The problem, my computer shipped with 2GB.. :(
Hi, I was wondering my PC runs the Dead Island games with lag. It's really annoying, my friend's PC doesn't lag and his is less powerful. I run the games on Steam. My PC specs: Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.4GHz 16.0 GB of RAM My video card: AMD Radeon HD 6450
Maybe this sounds weird, but I like the classic cursors and I want the cursor to stay the same whether it's showing a background or busy activity. I tried to capture the cursor and edit it with AWicons, but when I set it, the entire cursor just dissapears when I launch an app for example. But...
