These were caused by a memory exception caused by a kernel mode driver
. The Debugger pointed to a win 7 file but since that is nearly impossible, I believe it was caused by something else. My best bet is the below highlighted raid driver which is almost two years old.
I would update all the drivers
listed below then run a system file check
