Help BSOD!

Hi. Can someone please analyze my BSOD dump file and tell me whats wrong with my computer? I've been crashing several times a day now for a couple of weeks. It usually happens while watching media with my vlc player or while watching a streaming movie online. Overall processing speed has recently decreased substantially as well. Sometimes I'll crash just from trying to open two applications one after the other too quickly.
I built the pc about a year ago and it has ran fine besides some overheating issues and maybe a monthly BSOD, which i would always ignore...

It appears that one of the cores on your multi-core CPU has stopped responding to clock interrupts, indicating either a malfunctioning driver or a CPU problem itself. It's hard to say which from a minidump:

If you can configure your system for a complete dump (or at least a kernel dump), we might be able to tell. Unfortunately, minidumps have zero information about processor status.
