okay..? entire PC froze

    Go to seach
    Type msconfig
    Then go to startup and uncheck it.

    ok it is unchecked now BUT it froze after about 15 minutes after unchecking it because i didn't reboot the PC at the time

    Try this, it is a variation of the idea Howling Wolves presented. I have more experience using this method, however.
    How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    You can try Jacees idea, again, too, if you feel you did not do it correctly as you seem to indicate.
