It's the same crash as before - and you have the latest tcpip.sys, so given this behavior something seems very wrong with either this PktIcpt driver or your network driver(s). Given the PktIcpt driver has passed the buffer list onto the stack that NETIO is complaining about, it's a lot more likely it's the PktIcpt driver than it is your Realtek network drivers:

The problem seems to be solved with a major update software (G data internet security 2011)
