Start by removing Avast:

Replace it with MSE:
http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
Install these Realtek drivers:

Update your NETGEAR WG111v2 drivers as well. Check on your computer manufacturer's site first.
If you get more BSODs, please enable driver verifier:
