Install these nVidia drivers:
NVIDIA DRIVERS 258.96 WHQL
I see your very old (2004) Broadcom wireless drivers are blamed. Please update them to the latest version.
Install these chipset drivers:
NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.51 WHQL
Remove Semantic 2009 (known to cause BSODs on Vista and 7 machines):

Replace it with MSE:
