    Cannot boot

I have hp phenom 9550,5120 mb,x64 Windows 7 and after a crash I tried to restore and use the recovery but I can't and I can't reinstall because there is no hdd or dvd drive to find.If I take the battery out and afew minutes later put back in bios will set and when I go to reinstall the w7 it can't it sets the bios back and get this:Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in Selected Boot device and press a key and after pressing the key it will repeat the same message.
