    Right click my computer
    Go to Properties
    Advanced System Settings (on the left, last link)
    Startup and Recovery> Settings
    Uncheck Automatically Restart

    This will let you see the blue screen and not restart the system automatically. Note down what you see on the blue screen and post it here. We'll take it from there :)

    Bugcheck C0000005 is a memory exception. we need the actual dmp file to tell you what is causing it use these get them to us

    We really need the actual DMP file.

    If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

    Actually, we need the Minidump. Can you please run the SF diagnostic tool and upload the contents generated by the program in the "SevenForums" folder on your desktop: SF Diagnostic Tool
