A Super Strange Problem

Well I'm back and scanned with both softwares in safe mode and rid of everything bad I found. The problem is still not fixed so its not viruses or anything like that. Any other things the problem could be?

Well, I fixed the problem. Here is what was wrong. Whenever it deselected the window the proccess wermgr.exe was created. Whenever is reselected the window, wermgr.exe was deleted. Now I fixed the problem by going into action center and telling it to never check for solutions which was not recommened but now the problem was fixed. The only other question I have now is why does this wermgr.exe cause my window to deselect whenever wermgr.exe is created?
