Stop error 24 Ntfs error

more stop errors this morning - heres what i did

power on - few seconds, blue screen, (blue screen only lasted an instant)
auto restarts
select startup repair - few more seconds in, blue screen
7E (0xFFFFFFFFC000005, 0XFFFFF880011018D3, 0XFFFFF880029919C8, 0XFFFFF88002991220)
ACPI.sys - address 0XFFFFF880011018D3 base ate FFFFF88010E1000

restart button pressed
select startup repair
7E (same as above, 0xFFFFF88001124A27, 0XFFFFF88002991A08, 0XFFFFF88002991260)
ACPI.sys - address 0xFFFFF88001124A27 base at 0xFFFFF88001102000

shutdown button pressed
power up
windows starts normally

-there was also a bugcheck stop error code in event viewer-
i should have the memory test done when i get back by 5 or 6

No need for more mini dumps until the memory test is done. We will reanalyze at that juncture.

memtest86- 9 passes; 0 errors; standard test

driver detective says that i have one out of date driver but it is via high definition audio (dont have a sound card so it must be the mb). but i havent been able to get it to update and they system otherwise says it is updated

Ok update these old drivers and then post any new Dump reports. It often takes several reports to get a handle on this thing

How to Find Drivers
search Google for the name of the driver

To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper

i believe ive updated those drivers. do i allow driver cleaner to clean every driver? from the looks of the software it looks like it removes all driver updates (i know thats the idea). does it only leave the most recent then?

For now, just be sure that the two named drivers are updated. If you get BSOD again, we will go from there.
2006 is the most recent for jogo or you updated since?

driverquest wasnt recognized as a command.

i updated a wireless card and im not sure if it was an update but i redownloaded my mb drivers and installed them and hopefully one of those was the problem. both of them installed smoothly
