what do you mean?
not really i suppose, but i just got everything set up on there the other day (Cs5,etc.) and i just hate having to start from scratch.
When you can get a keyboard try to get the startup repair to work. You should not lose any of your documents
The next thing to try is a repair install.
Repair Install
If you can set the BIOS to boot from the CD we can reinstall, but you lose your doucments.
After you have tried both these method and neither works we will try to restore factory specs.
Depending on the computer brand there is either a CD or a restore partition to do this.
You will definately lose your documents etc, if you use this method.
Wait until you get a keyboard. If you cant get any keys to work, Im at a loss.
Sorry about your problems.
if this doesn't work im sending this stupid drive back to corsair.
btw, what do you think is wrong?
When you boot, does it get to post (beeps) if so describe beeps. One long, none, two short etc.
What is computer brand and model?
no there is no beeps. all the info on my system is in the system spec option under my name ain't it?
For the computer brand you do not need specs. All I need is Dell, Toshiba etc
If you have a model that is good Dell XPS420 etc. It should be on the computer.
