    Windows 7 does not boot?

For some reason, Windows 7 does not boot when I turn on my computer. My tower turns on, but my peripherals (mouse, keyboard, laptop), do not recognize that the computer is on.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks. =)

Also, if it helps, when I turned on my computer, it momentarily "shut down"; that is, I turned it on, and in a few seconds, turned off, but turned itself back on again...I've never had that happen to me, so I don't know what that might have done...

    Hello and Welcome !

Does anything appear on the screen ? Or it's just black ? You you here a post BIOS beep ? Is it restarting in a loop or it just shuts down ?

Few things you can do :

Do a Start up Repair and see if that fixes it - Follow this article Startup Repair (Has to done atleast 4 to 5 times)

If you can't get pass that screen then try clearing CMOS Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

    Hope this helps,
    Captain
