First Crash Probably Video Card Related

I was watching a video and the output just stopped and a moment later the computer crashed. After booting back up everything seems fine.

About 5 months ago my older video card died and I sent it back to the manufacturer. I think they just sent me a replacement in the end. I haven't had any trouble until just now. I'm hoping it isn't a hardware issue this time around.

Anyways, I'm running x64 on an OEM version I bought from NewEgg. I built the computer about a year ago and reinstalled the OS about three months ago.

Here is the output from the error report. I've also attached the BSOD check and the Perfmon files.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 116
    BCP1: FFFFFA8006C684E0

    BCP3: FFFFFFFFC0000001
    BCP4: 0000000000000003
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

This one is pretty straight forward your video driver.
usual cause The VIDEO_TDR_ ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000116. This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.

Usually indicates either a video driver or heat issue.

I would re-install the video driver and download cpu-z and gpu-z (both free) to keep an eye on the temps

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.
