I cleared the old files from my last BSOD so I'm re-posting the new (happened a few hours ago) BSOD information. I checked and it looks like the .dmp file is included so if it's not, just let me know. It happens about once a week now. Thanks so much!

This crash appears to have been caused by tcpip.sys. The info isnt definative, however.\
I would run aa system file check to verify and repair it and your other system files
Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW
