Windows 7 hangs on starting windows logo screen
I have a problem with my OS booting.It will get "starting windows" logo screen and just hang there.I have tried every type of start up repair and nothing works.It keeps giving me a windows can not repair. When i check the event log it says"a patch is preventing windows from starting"
Any suggestions.

Yes Multiple times and dates. i have tried different images to. But if i install a fresh copy of windows 7 that works fine. So the hardware is not a problem.
