Why does it have to Restart everytime I launch?

Whenever I start windows up it tells me to restart Windows Explorer because of some kind of error. I don't know why it has to do this. It is causing the computer to take longer to start up. Is there anyway I can fix this?

Wish you luck. There are other suggestions, if it does not.
