Windows 7: Random BSOD/Restart While Streaming Video

Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1

After determining that the RAM seemed to be the problem, I posted on G.Skill's forums and they suggested upping the CPU/NB Voltage from 1.1. I initially went to 1.2 V and with that I could get 1600 MHz without any problems. I then backed it down to 1.15V and it is still working at 1600 w/ 9-9-9-24 timings. Just FYI in case anyone gets to this thread from searching.
