USB BUGCODE DRIVER...BSOD....Please help...

Hello and thanks for taking intrest and wanting to help with my problem. I'll begin with a desription of how the error takes place. when I attempt to shut down my computer from time to time it will pop up a blue screen error thats reads usb bugcode driver but thatis all I can read for the sreen goes by to fast. after this my computer restarts its self instead of shutting down... Ive included a zip of my minidumps to help diagnose the problem...

my computer is less than 30 days old and i dont know if this has sometihing to do with it but i have a moto droid that when i attached to my computer installed a driver for transferring data and another for tethering could these be making problems and if so can i see them for they can be removed.
if anyone who reads this could help me it would be much appreciated im not extremely advanced in computers but i know the basic so the more simple insrtuctions may work best for me. thanks for your time.

First, Unfortunately, the Windows Debugging Tools aren't able to access symbols for your operating system files (in particular your Microsoft USB drivers) from the Microsoft Symbol Server - so that makes debugging them difficult if not impossible.

Please do the following (this will not affect the analysis of the current files - but it may help later files that are acquired):
- activate/validate the Windows installation at Genuine Microsoft Software
- run sfc.exe /scannow to replace any problem files
- open a support incident with Microsoft to see if they can fix the missing symbols issue ( Windows 7 Solution Center )
- If that doesn't fix it, then wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows
- don't use "leaked"/torrent builds

Because of the above issues, there's not much info in the dump files. But there is one suspect driver and it's associated with a phone (qcfilterhp.sys Tue Mar 18 20:11:27 2008)

I would remove the phone software and ensure that the above driver isn't loading.
Then see if you have further BSOD's.
