bsod returns

windows 7 64bit, new hard drive, first install of os, purchased new, all other hardware besides the new hd ran fine with previous windows xp for 1-2 years with no BSOD's in xp ever.

I had some bsod's last month that I traced back to an incompatible webcam. http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...p-win-7-a.html

Now I've gotten 2 more bsod's this week for reason unknown. I have just updated my video card drivers, but the bsod's were from before that update.

I see several potential issues, nothing blamed directly.

Your JMicron storage drivers are outdated, that may very well be the problem.

You can try to find some there, or we can get you a direct link. If you get more BSODs, please follow the BSOD Posting Instructions. Then I can get you a driver link.

BSOD on various games, thought solved, suddenly returns untraceable
I've never had any problems with this computer, but this month I started getting BSODs, first while playing the Witcher 1, though I have no tech experience I tried to search on my own and using WhoCrashed found that apparently outdated Nvidia and Etron USB 3.0 drives were to blame, ok, all's well,...

Hello, Heres what went down. I used to get the BSOD before, but it was easily remedied by system restore and it was over. Well day before yesterday I got that nasty FBI Moneypak Ransomware Virus, I soon conquered that and spent the last two days on a crusade. I have ran every version of...
