BSODs, please help fix

Hello, I have tried much and I cannot figure out why I get BSODs: Build MSI P55-CD53 - core i7, 8 GB ram specially meant for socket 1156, win 7 x64. Age of system 2 yrs, age of OS 1 yr. All drivers new except for LAN (Lan stops working if I try to change the drivers). I have many more BSODs than there are logs attached because many don't create dump files (I don't know why)> Actions taken to date. Memtest one stick at a time x several passes (all passed). Memtest with all 4 sticks of ram (will freeze no matter what setting I use so I cannot test with all ram). Updated drivers, bios, and checked all HDD in DOS mode with mdfg drive softwares....all pass.

Any help is greatly appreciated and I really tried to figure it out before posting. Most events are Kernal Power events and a whole bunch are memory management errors with other types as well (bad pool header), etc. Chipset drivers are the newest.

This driver SiWinnAcc.sys (I believe a sataraid driver) is from 2004. Might be the cause

I checked the actual driver in windows which is being used. The only drivers of this type are dated 2010. Is there another place where I can check for the old 2004 version if it does exist on my HDD? (checked all windows system and only found the drivers in system32\drivers\

Any other suggestions would be great!
